CAREER OPPORTUNITY
We seek to recruit an enthusiastic, capable and hard-working individual to join our team in Sofia as an Administrative Assistant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reception and first point of contact for couriers, visitors and other suppliers;
• Allocates incoming and outgoing mail, calls, fax as well as takes and relays messages;
• Print/Scan Documents;
• Translating documents when needed;
• Orders office supplies and marketing materials;
• Coordinates the resolving of facilities problems in the company premises;
• Supports and assists administratively the HR & Marketing team, Audit Department and Senior Management when requested;
• Organizes and coordinates travel arrangements;
• Other office and reception activities when required.
REQUIREMENTS
• University degree or in progress (Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing – would be considered an advantage);
• Experience as a Business Assistant or Personal Assistant would be considered an advantage;
• Experience in Customer Support would be considered an advantage;
• Fluent English, both written and spoken is a must;
• Ability to maintain confidentiality;
• Great prioritizing skills and good manners;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Advanced MS Office user (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Good interpersonal and team work skills;
• Perfect communication skills;
• Ability to perform successfully under pressure;
• Positive and cheerful personality.
